Georg trained and learnt his Trade in Germany and gained experience in some of the best Restaurants in Geneva, Paris and London.
Georg notably worked with the world-renowned Chef Anton Mosimann where he orchestrated Royal Banquets and many important Functions.
There after he spent 5 years at The Landmark London Hotel as Executive Chef.
Georg gained his Masters in 2000 in London, the MCA - Master of Culinary Art, equivalent to the French MOF.
After several years of running the prestigious
Georges Patisserie in Slane, Georg has returned to his Fine Dining Roots at Daly's of Donore.
